    I just found out about this blog site by accident. This would be a great tool to us all if more of us knew about it. We need to get the word out there about this.

    Ok I remember someone saying we had the blog but forgot about it. I have only been the court clerk for two years this starts my third, and I need some help!!!! The first year we where just a city court and I had no truble at all with the prosecutter but last year we got a new judge and went from city to district and the prosecutter turned in to a monster openly berating me for not doing the trial files the way she wanted them in court she didn’t like the way I had my file turned and she took one of my files out of the building with out telling me so I quit giving her the original files and started giving her copies she has done nothing but complaine in front of the judge and in the middle of court about it and now she has imformed me she is going to train me on how to do files for trial I need to know is she over me or am off in left feild thinking she should back off. I am the only court clerk and I only get payed for 16hrs a week and I do it all even the discoverys so am I wrong in thinking that some of that is really her job that shes pushing off on me. please some help

    Hi everbody,

    Has been a long time. I am retired from East Camden Court System.

    I am still working for the City loving it just not so stressfull now.

    Stacey I do hope you have gotten you hours increased. Also, AOC has a good program on How to deal with difficult people.

    I just found the blog would be a good educational tool.

    Thanks to the ADCCA for the blog.

    I miss everybody so much.
